Spend a whole day in colour and delight
Cath from the Happenstore is here to take you into another world.
From 10am til 12.30 you will discover the beautiful fluidity of hand painting with indigo. You’ll be given 2 linen tea towels to create your own designs as Cath inspires you with ideas and samples. Its a magical world that holds so many variations… you’ll be amazed.
After a quick lunch break at 1pm you’ll be given a draw string tote bag that Cath has previously painted and sewn ready for you to stitch into. Another world is yet to unfold as you are guided though a variety of contemporary stitches to create your unique piece.
By the time you leave at 4 your tea towels from the morning session will have dried and be ready for you to apply some of the stitches you have done once you get home - if you wish!
Nothing to bring except an apron and a pair of sharp scissors - if you have some
