If you are attending one of our workshops why not stay a while.
Here are a few of our favourite places to stay. Please tell them when booking that you’re here for a workshop at Green Door. While I haven’t stayed at most of the places, most have been tried and tested by other workshoppers.
THE WATERSHED, ROBERTSON
Stay on site in this stylish and modern shed conversion adjoining Green Door - one bedroom sleeps 2 to 5 comfortably. If our artist isn’t staying with us here then its often available for our workshoppers - just means you might have to go for a quick drink at the pub after the workshop while we prepare it for you. BOWERBIRD STUDIO

FARM STAY IN ROBERTSON - WITH WILDLIFE
2 bedroom accomodation within the property of the local wildlife rescue and rehabilitation centre. All proceeds from this booking go towards the continued good work to rehabilitate injured native animals.
THE BVB - THE BURRAWANG VILLAGE BAKERY
Perfect small stay for 2 people in Burrawang - 6 min drive from our studio.

A lovely machinery shed conversion offering 2 bedrooms and is PET FRIENDLY in Moss Vale - 15 mins from the studio.
THE ROBERTSON PUB
One of the oldest surviving all timber pubs in Australia, the Robertson pub, has just opened its new accomodation. A wonderful option with all day dining. The pub is located a 3 min drive to the studio. Can be noisey at night as the rooms are above the pub, during the week not so much. Great food here. Accomodation Warnings…
The Robertson Motel is very dated - I have heard many complaints.
The Robertson Hotel is a grand old dame at the end of town, its quirky, its often shared bathrooms and no fridge etc A major renovation is planned. Please ask all the questions before booking to ensure its right for you.
