This relaxing and fun workshop is a chance to reflect on your relationship with the natural world and build the skills necessary to illustrate your own, highly personal nature journal. Nature journaling will help you rediscover those moments of peace and mindfulness that are so often missing in our busy daily lives.
Fiona will also help you understand different ways to use watercolours and some of the techniques that will enable you to achieve a picturesque result and a timeless memory of the wonderful things you have seen in nature.
This course is suitable for all levels and beginners are most welcome. There is always a first step in any journey worth traveling.
All materials will be supplied, but if you have materials at home you would like to explore further, please feel free to bring them along. A selection of flowers, shells and seed pods will be available as well but if you have natural history specimens you would like to illustrate, please bring them along too.
