Expand your stitching with an introduction to bead embroidery with textile artist Bella MacIsaac.
In this one day workshop, I will take you through several beading techniques and all of my tips and tricks to add some extra sparkle to your stitch projects.
All materials such as
Curated vintage fabrics for the base of your design
Needles
DMC embroidery threads
Beads (soooo many beads!)
will be provided and are yours to keep. It is unlikely you will have a finished project by the end of the session, but you will have all of the tools necessary to complete it at home. You are more than welcome to bring any materials of your own that you would like to use (such as beads) but it is not a requirement - I will have more than enough!
Ideally, I recommend this workshop for those with a familiarity with hand sewing and embroidery who are looking to expand their skillset, however I will aim to accomodate all skill levels. Feel free to reach out to me on instagram at @bellamacisaacart if you have any questions or concerns.
