About Trixie
Trixie Primrose is the creator of The Paper Primrose, based on the Lands of the Dharwal People. Born out of the desire to offer a sustainable alternative to the fleeting nature of fresh blooms, The Paper Primrose specialises in the creation of life-like floral arrangements crafted from crepe paper.
Trixie’s vision began with a childhood spent at the family florist and many afternoons embracing the art around her through an array of mediums, and then onto further study. Her love of artistic endeavours followed her into motherhood, where nurturing her creativity has given her an understanding of the importance of self-care and finding time for your passions, and sharing these amidst our busy lives.
With a commitment to sustainability, Trixie sources only the best premium, non-toxic paper, which she then hand-dyes in-house. Workshop attendees have access to these materials, and are empowered with the skills, tools, and inspiration to craft their own unique flowers, each departing with lasting keepsakes.
Trixie’s previous experience in the early childhood and primary school sector has fostered her desire to provide a nurturing environment for everyone on their creative journey, promoting a joyful community of like-minded individuals.
